• Bids/Getting Started:

o   We will email you an initial bid 3-7 days after your free phone consultation.

o   You must respond within 7 days to this initial bid and we will create a revised bid if necessary.

o   Signed contracts and retainers must be received within 7 days of receipt of final bid to secure your spot on our calendar.

• Scheduling/Cancellations:

o   You must provide us with three sets of possible production dates when you send us your signed contract.  Shoots must be scheduled 30 days in advance to guarantee our availability.

o   No charge for travel between Denver and Chicago.  If scheduled less than 30 days in advance, travel fees may be assessed.

o   For local shoots, you must cancel/reschedule 48 hours in advance or you will still be charged for shoot.  For out of town shoots, you must cancel or reschedule 7 days in advance or you will be responsible for payment.

• Production:

o   Provide producer with clear instructions/directions for shoot location.

o   Be prepared for the interview (review checklist on our website)

o   Be on time.  We are on the clock from the moment we arrive.

• Supplementary Materials:

o   It is your responsibility to gather, label, and arrange for transfer for all supplementary materials such as photographs, slides, home-movies unless other arrangements have been made with us.

o   All supplementary materials must be given to us by final shoot date.

• Post-Production:

o   Once a rough cut of your films are ready, you will receive a link to view them on a private page of our website.  Please confirm immediately that you have received the links.  You must review your movies and send us notes or schedule a phone call with us within 7 days of receiving links. 

o   You must tell us the final number of DVDs you wish to order at this time as well.

• Invoices/Payments:

o   All payments are due upon receipt of invoice.

o   Late fees will apply for late payments.

o   We will update you if there are any changes to the original contract and you must sign and return the revised contract within 7 days in order for us to continue working on schedule.
